Online Fee Submission

1. Transaction Charges

Online transaction charges (Net Banking / Credit Card / Debit Card) are additional and not included in the fee amount.
Charges vary as per the payment method selected.

2. Fee Rules

All existing fee rules stated in the School/College Fee Book remain applicable.

3. Payment Settlement

Payments made via Net Banking, Credit, or Debit Card typically reflect in the school's account within 1–2 working days.
It is the payer's responsibility to ensure timely payment. Delayed settlements due to banking issues are not the responsibility of Biyani Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or the institution.

4. Transaction Failure

Biyani Technologies Pvt. Ltd. does not guarantee 100% availability of the online fee system.
In case of system failure near due dates, late fees will not be waived. We strongly recommend fee submission well before the deadline.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

Our Policies

1. Technical Issues

If a payment is debited but not reflected in the ERP due to technical errors, and the payment gateway confirms successful transaction:

The payment will be manually updated in the ERP within 7–10 working days.

2. Duplicate / Multiple Payments

In case of duplicate payments:

The extra amount will be refunded once received in the school's account (within 7–10 working days), or
Can be adjusted against the next month's fee on request.

3. Other Discrepancies

For any other payment-related issues:

Parents/guardians must contact the school/college directly.
The final decision will rest with the institution.
